Strategic development planning based on the integrated approach

چکیده
W artykule omówiono stopniową zmianę rozumienia podejścia zintegrowanego i „projektu zintegrowanego” w planowaniu rozwoju lokalnego Polsce bazujących na instrumentach terytorialnych UE. Porównano implementację tego pojęcia z polskimi regulacjami krajowymi perspektywie 2014–2020, których projekt zintegrowany był rozumiany jako złożony kilku projektów komplementarnych, 2021–2027, której zintegrowanie wewnętrzne ramach pojedynczego projektu. Następnie autorzy przedstawili swoją interpretację polskich regulacji 2021–2027 oraz sformułowali swoje rekomendacje dla przyszłej perspektywy finansowej 2028–2034, postulując uwzględnienie wymogu adaptacyjności zintegrowanego.
